Fishing for walleyes and muskies has been pretty tough the last few weeks. The problem we have right now is the huge influx of alewives in the lower bay system. The predator fish are feasting on them. The alewives should be gone soon. Fishermen are still have some luck catching walleyes and perch out of Bay Shore and Geanos fishing the deeper breaks and fishing off the sides of the humps trolling cranks, crawler harnesses and jigging. Perch and still being caught in those same areas. For more information on what to use give us a call at 920 593 1749. Yah, only at Smokeys!!!
