The walleye bite is back on as the alewives are moving out of the system. Fishermen are having luck trolling harnesses and minnow baits. The rip jigging is also starting to produce some nice fish. With the warm weather we are having walleyes are being caught off the deeper breaks on both east and west shores of the bay. Perch fishing is still going strong in these same areas. Musky fishing is still slow but should improve with the alewives moving out of the lower bay. Remember that with these hot temperatures it puts extra stress on the muskies so please handle them with care. For more information give us a call 920 593 1749. Yah, only at Smokeys!!!
