The walleye bite has been incredible on both the east and west shores of the bay. Lots of eaters and some nice size fish are being caught. Trolling cranks, crawlers and rip jigging. Perch are also on fire using minnows and pieces of crawlers in 18 to 22 feet of water. Big cats are being caught on the river using live sucker minnows and pike are still being caught in the weed beds casting spinners and crankbaits.
