The walleye bite on the Fox River is starting to fade away as the fish are on their way out of the river system after spawning. Anglers are trolling in University Bay, Bay Shore Park and out by Geanos and are catching some nice walleyes. Shore fishing by Metro launch is still producing some nice crappies and on occasion big nothern pike are being caught.
