Fishing on the lower bay seems to get better as we move into fall. The walleyes are still being caught from Vincent Point to Chaudoirs Dock on the east shore and from Saumico to Oconto on the west shore. Trolling cranks, crawler harnesses and Rip Jiggn are working the best. The perch bite is still hot at all of the above spots jigging minnows and crawlers. Musky fishing is really picking up. Lots of fishermen are getting their personal best casting bucktails and trolling crank baits. Shore fishing is also going well out of Metro, Bay Shore, Voyager Park and Chaudoirs Dock.
