Walleye fishing on the Fox River and Green Bay remain good, with a large population of 15-18” male walleyes working their way out of the Fox and towards Green Bay. Jigging with minnows, soft plastics, rippin wraps, and hair jigs he’s taking the most fish, while trolling the flats below the 172 bridge is also taking walleyes. Up by the dam, white bass, drama, and catfish are dominating the catch. On Green Bay, post spawn female walleyes are moving into their typical locations. University bay, dead horse bay, Suamico, frying pan, and Vokes reef are the popular areas for these big fish. If you go, be safe, and take a kid fishing!
