Smokeys on the Bay Weekly Fishing Report 8/9/21

The walleye bite on the lower bay is still on fire lots of eaters and some nice trophy fish are being caught out of Bay Shore south to Vincent Point and fishing the west shore out of Geanos. Trolling cranks, crawler harnesses and rip jiggn are really working well. For you perch jerkers the east shore in 18 to 22 feet of water is really working well using minnows and pieces of crawlers. Musky bite is starting to pick up as we get closer to September, casting bucktails, rubber and a few new ones are being caught on top water baits. Fishermen are also trolling for them on both east and west shorelines. Make sure you have weed guards on your line for trolling!!!! For you shore fishermen Metro launch is producing all kinds of fish from cats to walleyes. For more information give us a call at 920 593 1749. Yah, only at Smokeys
